Shaenfield Bend Retail is a ±18,500 SF retail and office development planned for Shaenfield Road in San Antonio. The building is designed as a flexible shell, so tenants can build out spaces that fit their business, with corner and end-cap locations that work well for restaurant and storefront users.

Aguilar Contracting Group is serving as pre-construction and development manager. That means we are coordinating architecture, civil, structural, geotechnical, and landscape teams, guiding the permitting process, and building a clear, reliable cost picture before construction begins.
